About Our Cakes
Victoria Sponge Cake
A light vanilla flavoured sponge cake enriched with vanilla buttercream and jam fillings.
A moorish vanilla flavoured sponge cake delicately filled with vanilla buttercream. Also available without filling if preferred.
A light Vanilla Sponge cake with colourful confetti sugar strands baked into the mixture. Available with or without creme fillings.
Chocolate Fudge Cake
A rich, moist, smooth chocolate cake available with chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream or vanilla buttercream filling. Also available without filling if preferred.
A moist carrot pudding cake made with fresh grated carrots and a combination of fine West Indian spices. Available with or without vanilla cream filling and/or frosting.
Jamaican Fruit Cake
A traditional Jamaican cake also known to some as ‘Black Cake’. Made with blended currents and sultanas which have been previously soaked in Over proof rum giving a fine rich strong Caribbean flavour.
Spiced Rum Cake
Similar to the Jamaican Fruit Cake but made without fruits.
Spiced Cake (available with Apple/Banana/Orange)
A vanilla sponge cake made with a selection of fine West Indian spices. Also available with fresh apple, banana or orange with vanilla buttercream filling if desired.
A light sponge cake enriched with sprinkles of desiccated coconut and mixed spices.
A tangy sponge cake made with fresh unwaxed lemons. Available with or without tangy lemon filling.
Most of our cakes contain allergens Wheat, Milk, Eggs and cereals containing Gluten. All our Fruit and Rum Cakes contain nuts. Although we do not use nuts as a main ingredient in our other recipes, some contents of the ingredients used may contain traces of nuts. We do ask that special care is taken where nut allergies exist. All our cakes are labelled with the relevant allergens.
Gluten & Dairy-Free Cakes
We offer gluten-free and dairy-free cakes. Please contact us for further information in regards to these cakes.
Fruit Cakes may be baked weeks in advance of your event and can contain alcohol which acts as a preservative. Fruit Cake should be wrapped in greaseproof paper and stored in a cake tin after your event. Without icing, Fruit Cake can last up to approximately three months. Iced Fruit Cakes may not keep as long.
We always endeavour to bake all other types of cakes within a week of your special occasion and recommend that the cakes are stored in an airtight container in a cool dark place and consumed within 2 days of the event. Cakes containing fresh cream should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2 days.

Our cakes are priced according to the individual design based on the ingredients and equipment required and the time it will take to make.
