FULL 100!!! One for Jamaica!
An extra deep authentic Jamaican Rum cake covered in soft white icing with black chocolate drip, frosted swirls, golden Macarons, golden chocolates, sugar dragees and lots of J Wray Overproof Rum!!! A beautiful array of bright Caribbean colours. Just delicious!

Its been a long time since I last tried to make these. I had childhood memories of dicing the coconut... chopping for what seemed like FOREVER, that smell of the brown sugar as it gently simmers and turns to caramel and that familiar smell of the fresh ginger. If you haven't tried these, you haven't lived! #jamaica
